Our spin classes blend rhythm-driven cycling, intentional coaching, and performance-boosting playlists to challenge your body and recharge your mind. Cycle 30

No time? No problem! This 30-minute power ride brings the heat with quick intervals, punchy climbs, and beats that slap. Get in, get it done, feel unstoppable!

Rise & Shine Cycle

Start your day in motion and with the right mindset. This 45-minute morning ride blends energizing cardio with rhythm, flow, and feel-good coaching to set the tone for whatever your day brings next.

Cycle Beatz

Lights down. Music up! This 45-minute class is build around beat-driven cycling, high-energy playlists, and a club-like atmosphere that pulls you in and powers you forward! Come sweat, ride, rave, repeat! 

Cycle 45

This 45-minute ride is all about mastering the basics while building strength, stamina, and confidence in the saddle. We'll focus on the fundamentals - form, resistance control, breath - so you can move at your own pace and progress with intention.

Cycle & Pump

Cardio + Strength + Power = PUMP! This 45-minute hybrid ride blends cycling with targeted strength and resistance work to build power, stamina and lasting endurance.

Sunday Spiritual Spin
